4. We are a Smog Test Only Center We cannot perform repairs or diagnostic. What this means to you is that there is no incentive for the test to fail since regulations prohibit Test Only centers from providing diagnostics or repairs. This was designed by the State to help eliminate fraud in the smog inspection process.
